Terms and conditions

Cancellations before April 1st 2025 will receive a (full) refund less 25 % of total payment. 
Cancellations between April 1st – May 1st 2025 will receive a (full) refund less 50% of full payment. 
After May 1st 2025 there is generally no refund. 
We strongly suggest you consider investing in travel insurance, in case an extenuating event prevents you from attending.

In the very unlikely case that the retreat is cancelled from our side, for reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the total amount
(for tuition and board and lodging) that you have paid to us less a 8 % transaction fee. However, we are not liable for any other expenses that you have incurred
- including, but not limited to airfare, expenses for other forms of transportation, any accommodation before or after the retreat, 
(and any accomodation outside the retreat center), loss of income etc. It is therefore recommended that you obtain proper travel insurance.

Accomodation is booked and paid seperately after you have finished the registration on this web-site and paid the tuition fee.

Please note that you are not fully registered for the retreat until you have booked your accomodation by following the instructions in the confirmation e-mail.
