Guidelines for abstract submission:
- All presenters (speakers and poster presenters) must submit an abstract
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Please provide information on potential conflicts of interest.
- 200 words is the maximum length for an abstract text (excluding title, authors and affiliations).
- The abstract shall not exceed 1 word page. Use the template.
- The abstract body should be divided as follows: Introduction – Methods – Results – Conclusions.
- Submitted abstracts can be re-opened for revision at any time before the deadline.
Information about the poster session:
The poster session will be held as a hybrid event, with the possibility to present virtually or physically at the congress venue. If you present a poster, you will also be asked to present your work as a “Blitz talk” that should last no longer than 3 minutes. The presentations will be streamed from the podium for those who attend the meeting physically and via link for those who attend online.
The abstract file that is submitted should be Named: <SURNAME> _ <SPEAKER> OR (E.g: Fernø_Speaker), and submitted via e-mail to DiabesityNordic@atlanticmice.no
The abstract deadline is 25th of February
