Cancellation
Cancellation must be sent in writing to Atlantic MICE TIBE at DiabesityNordic@atlanticmice.no
Cancellations will be accepted until January 13th 2022, with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a cancellation fee of 500 NOK.
No refunds for cancellations after this date.
If the conference is cancelled due to external circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, we will do our best to refund the conference fee.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the conference.
