Registration is open. Below is a pointer to the 4th ISFSI registration web pages of our partner Atlantic MICE TIBE (Conference organiser). You may also book a hotel and extras—electronic payment with Visa or Mastercard. 

The 4th ISFSI starts with the Welcome Reception on Sunday, December 11 at 1600 hrs.

The scientific program starts with the opening session Monday, December 12 at 0900 hrs, and finishes and finishes with the Closing Ceremony on December 15 at 1500 hrs. Minor changes to these times may be necessary. See 'Program' for updated details.

Registration fees

Until October 7th, the secretariat will refund the full registration fee, minus an administration fee of NOK 550. After October 7th, there will be no refunds.

Participants

The registration fee per delegate in-person:

Non-student

  •  NOK 6.950 

Student

  •  NOK 5.950 

Livestream (Abstracts for oral presentation are not allowed)

  •  NOK 3.500 

* Delegates who have registered and paid live stream attendance can apply before October 7 and upgrade their category to in-person by paying the corresponding current fee when receiving a written acceptance confirmation by the secretariat (Open monday to friday, from 9 to 16 CET)

The fee for participants covers:

  •  Conference personal zone access
  •  ISFSI membership
  •  Attendance to the scientific program
  •  Welcome Reception Sunday
  •  Coffee and soft drinks along the congress
  •  Lunch Monday through Thursday
  •  Snacks and sweets including soft ice during brakes
  •  Conference Dinner Wednesday December 14

 All participants can interact virtually using a dedicated platform. The congress will provide personal ID credentials to each delegate.

Accompanying persons

The registration fee for an accompanying person is:

  •  NOK 2.000

The fee for the accompanying person covers:

  •  Welcome Reception Sunday, December 11
  •  Conference Dinner Wednesday, December 14
  •  Access to all social activities

At an additional cost, accompanying persons may select a lunch package (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at the conference hotel.
