We are happy to invite the in vitro diagnostic companies to collaborate in order to make the congress a fruitful meeting point between the diagnostic industry and laboratory professionals. 

We are expecting 300-500 participants, mostly from the Nordic countries. The conference will cover a wide range of topics relevant to medical laboratory professionals, focusing specifically on science and technology with value for patient care. The Scientific program will contain a variety of topics in medical biochemistry.

Information for Exhibitors and Sponsors

The congress venue is Clarion Hotel Trondheim. The hotel is one of Scandinavia's largest convention hotels with 400 rooms and 18 meeting rooms and is characterized with modern design, exciting dining concepts and a vibrant atmosphere. The venue is situated by the fjord and in walking distance from the city centre.

The exhibition area will be in “Space”, which is located just outside the conference rooms. Here we have an area of 1,040 square meters. 
All Coffee breaks during the congress will be in the same area as the exhibition and all the participants will be in the same area together with the exhibitors in all breaks.
Based on experience from other congresses, exhibitors give Clarion Hotel Trondheim very good feedback for their exhibition area. 

We are expecting 300-500 participants from all professions in clinical chemistry in the Nordic countries; chemists, clinicians, scientists and other laboratory professionals.

We invite the companies to actively participate in all aspects of the congress including the scientific program, social program and exhibition.
We are looking forward to an exciting and productive meeting for all participants.
