Information for Exhibitors and SponsorsExhibitors' Agenda The exhibition opening hours: Tuesday 17th of June 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Wednesday 18th of June 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Thursday 19th of June 8.00 am – 5.30 pm Rigging It will be possible to set up your stand Monday 16th of June between 5.00 pm – 9.00 pm Please, let us know in advance if you need more time for rigging. Dismantling It will be possible to start dismantling the exhibition Thursday at 5.30 pm The area must be empty by Thursday 9.30 pm. Registration for Sponsors Registration of sponsor package and choice of booth # will be available at our website on the 1st of November 2024. First come first serve.
