Det er gode bussforbindelser fra flyplassen til Ålesund sentrum og bussen tar ca 25 minutter.

The coastal town of Ålesund, located in Sunnmøre, is famous for its architecture in Art Nouveau style, beautiful fjords and majestic mountains, fantastic nature experience. Ålesund also offers nice restaurants, shopping, great variety of cultural experiences and a bustling city life.

The Ålesund massive fire in 1904 destroyed almost the whole city. The city was re-build in the Art Nouveau architectural style.

Ålesund has been voted to be Norway’s most beautiful city twice.
